【CCU again, C U in my frame! Creative Short Video Contest】

🌏 What about the learning atmosphere, cultural features, and student interactions at other universities?
Now is the time! Use your perspective to showcase CCU and explore the similarities and differences in campus cultures!
📌 Contest Overview
To encourage students to express diverse campus cultural perspectives in foreign languages and promote cross-cultural communication and understanding, the Bilingual Education Resource Center of National Chung Cheng University invites participants to create short videos exploring and introducing the similarities and differences between CCU and other domestic or international universities.
Participants can choose to introduce CCU’s campus features, academic atmosphere, and student life, while also comparing these aspects with those of other universities (whether in Taiwan or abroad). Creative perspectives are encouraged to highlight the unique charm of campus culture.
💬 Categories
① English Group: Use English as the primary language to explore cultural similarities and differences between CCU and other universities. Participants can compare the two schools, introduce their similarities and differences, or share personal reflections on campus culture.
② Other Foreign Languages Group: For students whose native language is not Mandarin or Japanese. Videos should primarily use the participant’s target language (Mandarin or Japanese) to introduce CCU’s campus features and compare them with other universities, showcasing language learning achievements.
🔎 Eligibility
① Open to all National Chung Cheng University students (regardless of major, academic program, age, or nationality).
② Participants may compare CCU with any other university (domestic or international), discussing differences and similarities in campus culture, academic atmosphere, and student life.
③ Students may enter individually or as a team (maximum of three members). Each participant may join only one team and submit one entry.
🎞️ Submission Requirements
① Title: Freely chosen.
② Theme: "Unboxing CCU." Participants should creatively showcase CCU’s campus features, historical background, and cultural atmosphere. Entries can highlight CCU’s environment, academic achievements, student activities, or social contributions. Creative comparisons with other schools are encouraged to promote multicultural exchange.
③ Language: Videos must fully comply with the language requirements for each category. At least half of the video’s duration (minimum 30 seconds) must feature the participant speaking in the target language, with appropriate subtitles. All team members must speak.
④ Format: Instagram Reels vertical 9:16 format, 1080x1920 resolution, maximum length 60 seconds (inclusive).
⑤ Caption: Written in the designated language for each category, ending with the hashtag #CCU_C_U_in_my_frame.
